Why are you different from larger fulfilment companies?

ANSWER

We are a small family run business with a dedicated team who have over 10 years’ experience in helping our customers with their storage and fulfilment requirements. Our customers tend to be small firms who appreciate a highly personalised service and attention to detail.

Do you have your own premises?

ANSWER

Yes, we have our own storage and packing facility in Lancing, West Sussex.

Where do you store my stock?

ANSWER

You will be allocated your own storage container.

How do I know how much storage space I need?

ANSWER

We can help you work this out once we know what you want to store, how many items there are and the dimensions of each item.

Can I use you just for storage?

ANSWER

Yes, absolutely!

What is the minimum contract length?

ANSWER

We don’t want you to feel that you are tied into a long-term commitment with us which is why our minimum contract length is only one month.

Do you have minimum order volumes?

ANSWER

No, we don’t have minimum or maximum order volumes, meaning you can store as little or as much as you like with us.

How quickly can my product be delivered?

ANSWER

If we receive your orders by 2pm, we will aim to dispatch them on the same day.

What types of products can't you handle?

ANSWER

Items weighing over 15kg; flammable substances; temperature dependent items such as foodstuffs, cosmetics, alcohol.

What if you run out of stock and can’t fulfil my order?

ANSWER

Our inventory management software tells us when your stock levels are getting low so we can contact you straight away and ask for more. This means there won’t be a scenario when we can’t fulfil your order.

Can I visit your premises and check my stock levels?

ANSWER

Yes, you can visit our premises but please let us know when you want to come.

Do I have to pay anything up front?

ANSWER

Storage charges are payable monthly in advance.

How much do you charge for packaging?

ANSWER

If you would like us to package your items, we will agree a fixed price per item packed at the outset with you. This will depend upon the type of materials you wish us to use. You can, of course, supply us with your own packing materials.

Do you charge for an initial inventory check?

ANSWER

No, but we do carry out an initial inventory check. It is very important that each consignment of stock sent to our premises is checked against the shipping order to confirm that quantities are correct and that there are no damaged items.

How do I contact you with any queries and will I have my own account manager?

ANSWER

You can call or email us with any queries. You will have your own account manager who will be responsible for the whole process from initial delivery of stock to the dispatch of customer orders.

What happens to product returns and damaged goods?

ANSWER

These can be returned to us and we will deal with them on a pre-agreed basis.

What happens if I want to dispose of my stock or want it returned?

ANSWER

We can arrange for the disposal or return of your stock.

What do I do about insurance?

ANSWER
